Booking Appointments
To book your appointment at Blonde Angel & Co. you can either book online via our website or call/text us on 0478474549. We will require your first and last name for your appointment booking along with your best contact number.
Not sure what you want to have done? We offer FREE online consultations with a hair consultant and a further phone call if necessary. We will ask for your hair history, inspiration photos and a clear idea of what you want done. If requested we may get you to come into the salon for a further discussion and strand test if required in order to book you for the correct services and offer you an exact quote. The strand test allows us to get a clear image of the outcome of your hair and if it lifts well/handles the colour well. Our number one priority is healthy hair and we are honest about how many sessions you may require in order to get the results in the best way possible.
If you are booking in for a Colour Service or Hair Extensions, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The cost of the deposit will be advised upon consultation. Your appointment will not be secured until Blonde Angel & Co. has received the transfer receipt or in-person payment. The deposit will be redeemed against your service on the day of your appointment and can be used on a service or products.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or changes to the appointment must be communicated with more than 24hrs notice. No shows, late cancellations OR late changes to your appointment with less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of your deposit. If you do not reply to your appointment texts regarding confirmation of your booking, your appointment will be automatically removed.
No shows will not be rebooked and will no longer be offered any future appointments here at Blonde Angel & Co.
Paying A Deposit
When booking an appointment that requires a deposit, we will text you Blonde Angel & Co’s bank details which the deposit will need to be transferred into. Once we have received a copy/screenshot of the transfer receipt, your booking will be secured. The deposit will be redeemed against your service cost on the day. Please ensure you use your name as the reference when making the bank transfer.
Payment Options
We currently offer payment via EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer or ZipPay. Sorry we do not accept American Express.
Arrival
We do our best to run on time for all of our clients. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments are often booked back-to-back so please be on time out of respect for the client who is scheduled after you. If you are running late, please be aware that we may need to cancel or shorten your appointment. If you miss your appointment or have had to cancel it due to late arrival you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the amount of time that was allocated and the cost of the appointment.
Sickness
To ensure the health of our team and our valued clientele we adhere to a strict sickness policy. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment with 24hrs notice. If you attend your appointment and are visibly unwell, we reserve the right to turn you away. We want to avoid the spread of illness within our salon to our staff and guests.
Treatment Preparation
HAIR COLOURING/HAIR EXTENSIONS
Please arrive with clean hair free from any product, as the build up of oils on the head can effect your colour results and the longevity of your hair extensions. (Unless you are booked in for a scalp bleach, in that case the natural oils on your head will create a barrier for sensitive scalp). This includes not using products such as serums, hair spray, leave in treatments, etc.
Bring photos for inspiration. This will help your hairdresser understand what you are wanting to achieve.
Ensure you have not had any chemical straightening services prior to your appointment as this could cause a potential chemical reaction with our products, or create a barrier and affect adhesion of the tape of your extensions and cause slippage. (This goes for some potentially unprofessional products used on your hair as well).
Return & Resolve Policy
We want all clients to leave Blonde Angel & Co. happy and excited about the result of their hair. If you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know immediately prior to leaving the salon. On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your hair after leaving the salon, please make contact with us by calling or texting 0478474549 with the details of your concern. We will then arrange a time for you to return to the salon for a consultation to assess your hair in person. Please do not attend another salon to have any other treatments/colour applied to your hair prior to having us assess your hair. Once your concerns have been assessed we will offer you the best possible path to resolve your issues.
